Born out of the desire to take women on a creative journey, to gather all sisters in a celebration of creativity through storytelling, breathwork, and movement, all woven together through the principles of yoga. With over 25 years of teaching with a desire to shift the narrative about the importance of the creative mind to our survival.
When you lose your creativity, no matter the project, no matter the story you stop living a full and sincere life. This is a thoughtfully curated experience in the heart of Ubud Bali. An easy and short walk to temples and the bustle of the city but hidden away in the iconic rice fields of Ubud Bali.
Amy weaves storytelling into her practices and will take you on a healing journey through breathwork, morning Mysore and self-led practices, evening meditations, and visualizations.

We believe all women are born creatives, and that creativity is the sole source of our vitality. When a woman loses her creativity she loses drive and motivation for living in fulfilment and her greatest depths. Creativity is often lost because our internal river becomes polluted and clouded, we no longer know in what direction we are moving and what obstacles to avoid or prepare for. Accommodations and Location
I am Retreat Center in the Heart of Ubud just a short walk to all amenities making this an ideal retreat location to soak up some of the Bali vibes on your afternoons free. Even though we are at the heart of the action I Am Retreat Center is tucked away between the rice paddies making it the perfect isolation and cacoon possible for those needed to rest.
This 6-night and 7-day retreat can be extended upon request so that you can continue to enjoy your stay or come early to spend Christmas in peace and harmony. Please indicate this when booking and we will make arrangements for you.
All accommodation is double occupancy and shared unless stated. Private room rates increase and are listed on our main retreat page when booking. Payment options are available for a small admin fee.

A ceremony of blessing the body. It was a liberating experience, soft and meaningful.
Ashtanga Inspired Yoga/Transformational Breath-work
Amy has practiced and taught Ashtanga yoga for over 15 years. It is her main practice and all yoga she teaches is inspired by and comes from the roots of Hatha and Ashtanga. Amy will happily guide you at whatever level you are at.
Traditional Balinese Water Ceremony
A traditional Balinese ceremony to submers in the Balinese culture and grow your spiritual life. We travel to the water temples and there were are blessed to take part in the inspiring blesing.

I AM RETREAT Center is situated a short drive from the center of Ubud and within walking distance. The airport is located a short taxi ride. If you need assistance with any transportation please do not hesitate to ask.
