MY PRACTICE
My practice has evolved over the past 20+ years, from living in the Sivananda Ashram to discovering a strong female Ashtanga teacher. After studying under her guidance for 10 years, I was honored to receive her blessing to teach.
I have traveled through India, studied at the Ashtanga Yoga Institute, explored yoga in hammocks, completed teacher trainings, and experienced Vipassana retreats, yet my greatest teacher has always been my own presence—showing up on the mat, returning to guidance, staying curious, and gently exploring my inner world.
Today, my focus is on helping students cultivate strength while also nurturing a reflective, internal stillness that allows for deep, true rest.
