About
Women & Wolves is a 6 month-long journey for women ready to think deeply, move instinctively, and live with clarity. Before language was written, it was lived, spoken through relationship, land, and lineage. This first six month Women & Wolves workshop series is devoted to orientation and inner authority. It is not about fixing, healing, or becoming someone new. It is about remembering how to listen and how to trust what you hear. This series is for women who sense that many spiritual, therapeutic, or personal development spaces have required a quiet form of self abandonment. Together, we return to instinct, discernment, and inner authority as lived experiences rather than concepts. Across six sessions, women are invited to slow down, listen deeply, and re establish contact with their own inner guidance system. The work is experiential, reflective, embodied, and relational. There is no pressure to perform insight, transformation, or readiness. To begin, we examine how women once knew through cycle, intuition, and observation. The main body of study draws from Women Who Run With the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés, supported by teachings from Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer, Roar Like a Goddess by Acharya Shunya, The Chalice and the Blade by Riane Eisler, and other authors, to trace how knowledge was once transmitted through oral tradition, body, and ecology. Through monthly two-hour Socratic sessions, somatic practices, and community dialogue, we rebuild the skill of trust within ourselves. Participants receive guided readings, recorded voice reflections, and questions for contemplation between gatherings, shared through a community channel. We do not seek answers but attempt to listen to the language beneath the language, “el río abajo río,” the river beneath the river, the wise one.
