Amy has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and hosting retreats for over a decade so you are in good hands. Guided by who arrives the yoga and movement aspect of it is ranged for all levels and a strong enphasise is placed on breathwork, meditation, tuning into and tapping into natura, rythms and the nervous system. It is a whole body reset.
