About the event
Join Amy and Lucy Bloom on a life transforming retreat of nurturing, women, getting dirty and messy. A place of laughter and letting go.
We move into mother nautre and to really come home to ourselves. Turn off and reconnect. We sit in cirlce and share some parts of our stories, or none if you need silence. We weave together story, with practices of breath-works tranformative visualizations, workshops and a yoga practice that will propel you inward and home.
Amy weaves, strong practice, transformative breath-work, and the work of Women Who Run with the Wolves by Clarrisa Pinkola Estes, throughout the retreat, allowing all parts of you to truely exsist and return. Lucy brings the very important work of the rose on this retreat, Yoga Nirdra and an abundance of gifts to tune in, and tune up.
