I use to dislike my body, my womanhood, my voice. And sometimes I question these. Growing up I wanted piano hands, rounder breasts; I wanted to be leaner, stronger and more capably, I had goals but I also had expectations laid upon me from layers and years of external voices.

Its time to drop the shame of what we have lived, what we have experienced. It is time we learned to navigate this complex world with surety and grace. Understanding Rythm and Cycle and Individual Solitude.
