Puja Sue Flamm (Susana), 500 ERYT, has been practicing yoga for over 45 years and teaching for more than 35 years to thousands of students worldwide. She initially completed her certification at Kripalu Yoga Center in the USA and has continued with intensive studies in Iyengar, Ashtanga (Mysore), and Anusara yoga styles. Additionally, she is a certified massage therapist.
Puja offers yoga teacher training and has created the "Puja Method," which focuses on Restorative Yoga and the 8 limbs of yoga
