NEW ONLINE: JUICING AND FEEDING PROGRAM

Green Juice

Need some guidance, perhaps a group of people to come together sharing our experience with juicing, how and what to eat, our sleep, and creative life. 

I realized that I wanted to share this with you. I have been working on creating an Alkaline body to heal my body and prepare for the next steps and thrive as I get older. 

I also realized that when I have someone to show up for and share my information with it helps me become more accountable. And I love sharing it!!

What I am proposing is that: you take up 1 to 4 weeks of my ongoing Alkalining program via What's App.

I will send you recipes and take you on a journey of cleaning the body.

What you will need:

1. A desire to change your habits.

2. What's App

3. A juicer, and time to prepare and redesign your eating patterns and your living patterns.

Why Juicing? Why Juice Feasting?
Citrus Fruits Juice

Juicing is an amazing way to feed and fuel the body. It has the magic ability to rehydrate cells. Water cleanses but milk, teas, and juices hydrate cells because they carry nutrition in them. A shriveled dehydrated cell cannot absorb nutrition and therefore cannot absorb information. Cells are portals of information.

Keeping these portals clear allows for important information to serve us, help open creative pathways, clear vital energy channels known as the nadis or meridians. Juicing can bring up so much clarity and emotion, sometimes difficult to face but ultimately so important for our overall well-being.

I call these weekends, and weeks Feasting because it is not about deprivation it is about abundance and injecting as many vitamins and minerals through organic juicing as we can.

What to expect on a week or weekend of juice feasting.

GENERAL SCHEDULE 

Friday

Arrival between 1 pm and 5 pm Welcome Juice

YOGA Yin and Love 6 pm 

Tea, Manifestations, and Chats 7:30 pm

Saturday

8 Rise and TONIC 

8:30 - 11:30 Yoga for Strength and Grounding 

12- 1 smoothie 

1:30 - 3:30 Mindful Walking, Reading, and Nature, journaling, Creative work.

3:30 Warm Tonics/ Smoothies and Juices

Rest

5:30 Light Smoothie and Tea

7:30 - 9:30 Yin/Restorative/Breath-work YOGA for Deep Sleep

9:45 Potions, Teas, and Tonics

8 am Rise and Tonic

8:30 am Meditation Walk

10 am Closing Yoga and Chat

Join Amy on one of her weekends or week retreats of deep gentle cleansing, introspection, and self-care.

Description of event:

These Juice and Yoga Retreats are designed to reset the body's digestive tract, the central system for health and healing. The focus is on clearing the body of toxins and building strength by being self-reflective, quiet, and taking deep rest.

  

Amy Kokoszka will be guiding you through yoga inspired by her regular practice of Ashtanga, Yin, and Story Telling. She will weave in elements of manifestation and purification tools to assist in the process of the body. With access to a sauna, beautiful mountain trails, and roaring fires. The weekend is aimed at bringing clarity to the mind, lightness to the body, and a content heart.

  

Mornings will consist of a long thoughtful yoga practice inspired by Ashtanga making it a little sweaty and including some deep Yin. Finishing with complete relaxation, chanting, and a journey to the dream world.  After lunch, we can rest, go on a silent hike, take a long sauna or bath, read a good book, or sip tea by the open fire. In the evening we work on healing the body through a more gentle practice, finally ending with Yin Yoga and reflective journaling.

 

This weekend will restart the system leaving you feeling fully energized, full of life, and cleared of all that no longer serves you. 

Apart from the AMAZING YOGA, you will learn how to make and sample ;) smoothies and juices, as well as teas and snacks, that will replace old naughty habits. These rejuvenating and satisfying treats will help in rebooting the entire system.  From Ginger shots to thick smoothies, and cocoa nibbles to satisfying treats. 

On the final day, we will share a beautiful, simple, and light Auyverdic meal.

Some retreats end with a takeaway so juicing can continue at home. 

 

Journaling your experience is important as it aids in transformation, so bring one. Also, bring an open heart and an intention to shift and let go.
